Instructions

Fried Pickles

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.

  2. In a separate bowl, create the egg wash by mixing together the large egg with a half cup of water.

  3. Coat each dill pickle chip with the flour mixture. Next, coat in the egg wash and then the bread crumbs. Follow these steps for each chip.

  4. Fry each coated chip in the oil on medium high heat until golden brown. Place the fried pickles on a paper towel to soak up some of the oil.

Sauce

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and ground black pepper and set aside.

Slider Construction

  1. On a small bamboo skewer, place the slider ingredients in between the fried pickle chips to create 10 fried pickle sliders. Serve with sauce for dipping.

Recipe Notes

Tip: Place a small square of cheddar on top of the meatball and heat in microwave for 10 seconds to create cheese sliders.
