A Mexican inspired delicious and hearty soup that you can customize like a real taco.
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add the ground beef and onions. Stir until the beef is cooked through.
Drain the cooked beef.
Add in the beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and the taco seasoning and stir until combined well.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, avocado, corn chips, lime wedges, and chopped cilantro.
