All-natural, restaurant-quality pecan pie for that picnic-time sweet tooth.
Turn the oven up to 400 F.
In a big bowl, beat eggs until they become foamy, then stir in the butter. Stir in both sugars along with the flour and mix the whole thing well. Finally, add the milk, vanilla and nuts.
Pour the mix into a 9-inch pie shell. Bake the whole thing for 10 minutes at 400 F, then turn the heat down to 350 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.
