Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ pound uncooked ground turkey
  • 1 1 ounce packet Ortega Mild Taco Meat Seasoning Mix
  • ½ cup green bell peppers
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • ½ cup Kraft Nacho Blend Cheese w/Peppers
  • cup onions raw
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the turkey in a skillet on medium heat, about 5 to 7 minutes, then season to taste with the taco seasoning. Add in the peppers and cook and stir until pepper is tender, about 5 minutes.

  2. Arrange the salad greens onto 2 plates and top them with tortilla chips, cheese, and onion. Spoon the cooked turkey over the each salad and top them off with salsa and sour cream.
