Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple juice
  • ΒΌ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
  • 2 eaches bay leaves or more to taste
  • 2 racks baby back pork ribs

Instructions

  1. Combine the apple juice, apple cider vinegar, and liquid smoke in the pressure cooker's pot. Top the mix with the bay leaves.

  2. Stick a trivet in the pot and place the ribs on top. You may need to trim the ribs a bit to make them fit. Close and lock the lid and seal the valve. Set the cooker for high pressure on a 15-minute timer. It'll probably take 10-15 minutes for the pressure to build up to where it needs to be.

  3. Follow the cooker's instructions to release the pressure over the course of about 15 minutes. Pop the lid and enjoy.
