Chili Oil
A deliciously smoky and spicy addition to any of your meals.

cups
vegetable oil

1/2
cup
raw peanuts

dried chiles 2 oz.

tablespoon
white sesame seeds

tablespoon
sunflower seeds

teaspoon
coriander seeds

garlic cloves

Cut the chiles into small pieces.

In a saucepan, combine oil, garlic, sesame seeds, peanuts, and sunflower seeds. Turn on medium high heat and cook for 5-6 minutes or until bubbly.

Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Then stir in the chiles and let cool completely.

Pour into a food processor and pulse until finely ground up.

Stir in salt. Serve alongside anything for a kick you'll love.
