Infuse, shake, and enjoy!
Layer the pineapple slices around the edges of a big glass jar in a circle, leaving a gap in the center. Pour the vodka in there, completely covering slices. Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for 10 days.
When it's done infusing, ditch the pineapple slices and strain the vodka through a mesh strainer back into the jar. Seal it up and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
