The mild taste of feta meets the fiery passion of red pepper!
Preheat an oven to 375 F.
Drain the peppers and place them in a food processor or blender. Puree the peppers.
Add the feta, red pepper flakes, and olive oil to the processor/blender and pulse several times until well mixed.
Place the mix in a small baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve with chips or pita bread.
