3-Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream Everyone Loves!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups cold heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the strawberry puree with the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until smooth and evenly mixed.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a freezer safe container and smooth the top.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  7. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
