Here's a super easy and delicious way to cook everyone’s not-so-favorite vegetable.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Put the sprouts and oil together in a large bowl. Season them with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Spread the sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down, and roast 'em until they're tender and the edges are starting to brown, about 35 minutes.
Drizzle the sprouts with honey and sprinkle evenly with cranberries and almonds. Bake them until the honey has melted and the cranberries and almonds are warmed through, about 5 minutes more. Serve.
