Let's face it. Thanksgiving is all about the cooking. And there is no Thanksgiving without leftovers. So use them to make sliders!
Preheat the oven to 350° with a rack in the middle. Arrange rolls on a rimmed baking sheet and brush lightly with butter. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise with the chipotle, cilantro, and paprika.
Using a serrated knife, slice off the top third off each roll. Spread the chipotle mayonnaise on cut sides of the rolls.
Fill with the turkey, stuffing, green beans, cranberry, and sweet potato. Close the sandwich and serve.
