Take your classic deviled eggs to the next level with some deliciously smoky mayo.
Bring a small saucepan of water to boil.
When at a rapid boil, add 4 eggs to the pot and set a timer for 8 minutes. In the meanwhile, fill a bowl with ice water.
Time to prep the toppings! Drain your peperoncini, remove the stems and mince. Finely chop your parsley. Add both to a bowl and set aside.
Mix paprika and mayonnaise in another bowl.
When the timer sounds, remove eggs from saucepan and set in ice water. Allow cooling for 5 minutes.
Peel the eggs, slice in half lengthwise and season.
Plate by topping each half with a dollop of mayo and the peperoncini-parsley mix.
