On a sheet pan, toss cereal, coconut, wheat germ, pecans, pumpkin seeds, oats, and sunflower seeds, and salt together. Pour maple syrup and oil over it mix, making sure everything is evenly coated.
Beat the egg white until frothy and thick, about 1 minute. Add to the mixture and toss until evenly distributed.
Spread the mix into an even layer and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn the granola mixture over, scraping up all the bits before spreading into an even layer. Bake for 35-45 more minutes or until the ingredients are golden brown and crips.
When cooled, scrape the pan to loosen the granola into nuggets and clusters.
Serve or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Enjoy! :D
