Why would you eat your fried egg on a bagel if you can have it in a bagel?
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix together the first 6 ingredients (through pepper) in a small bowl. Using a 1 1/2- to 2-inch round cutter, cut a larger, more uniform hole in the center of the bagel.
Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a small, oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. When butter has melted, add one bagel to the pan, cut side down. Gently crack 1 egg in the hole of the bagel. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon “everything” mixture over the center of the egg.
Remove pan from heat and place in the oven; bake at 375° for 3 to 5 minutes or until the white is set and the yolk is slightly runny. Repeat process with remaining butter, bagel half, and egg. Serve immediately.
