Soak your oats overnight for a quick and healthy breakfast all week long!
Add the first 5 ingredients (through cinnamon) to a 16-oz. glass canning jar (or whatever container you happen to have lying around, as long as it's glass) and stir it all with a spoon. Cover it up and leave it in the fridge for at least 7 hours or overnight. When you want to eat it, stir the oats mixture and top it with fresh fruit, nuts, or whatever else your heart desires.
