Make-Ahead Overnight Oats are Your Fiber-Rich Breakfast

Soak your oats overnight for a quick and healthy breakfast all week long!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add the first 5 ingredients (through cinnamon) to a 16-oz. glass canning jar (or whatever container you happen to have lying around, as long as it's glass) and stir it all with a spoon. Cover it up and leave it in the fridge for at least 7 hours or overnight. When you want to eat it, stir the oats mixture and top it with fresh fruit, nuts, or whatever else your heart desires.
