Breakfast Bowl
Savory oatmeal will add a punch of protein to your breakfast routine.

1/4
cup
of dry steel cut oats

tablespoons
of cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper

tablespoons
of onion

1/4
cup
of diced pepper

tsp
of coconut oil

1
egg
-
1
teaspoon
of green onions
-
1
teaspoon
of walnuts

Za'atar

Boil a saucepan of salted water and add in oatmeal. Reduce heat and stir. Cook for 3 minutes and absorb liquid. Now, turn off the heat.

Grate your cheddar cheese and add. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Stir well!

Dice onion and pepper. Add coconut oil to heated pan. Toss in peppers and onions and cook until soft.

Spoon the sautee over oats.

Fry your egg in coconut oil. Place on top of the oats.

Sprinkle green onion and walnuts. Add a dash of Za'atar. Serve!
