Springtime Shrimp Pasta
A light and creamy seafood pasta you'll love.

bag frozen broccoli florets

6 oz. trimmed

large shrimp
8 oz., peeled, deveined, tails left on

cherry tomatoes
sliced in half

frozen green peas

finely grated Parmesan
plus more for serving

coarsely chopped basil

tablespoons
unsalted butter

garlic cloves
thinly sliced

teaspoons
kosher salt

teaspoon
finely grated lemon zest

teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

Bring salted water to boil in a wide saucepan. Add the pasta, garlic cloves, and pepper.

Cover and cook for 7 minutes. Now add frozen broccoli and green beans, cooking for 3 more minutes.

Next is to add the shrimp, frozen peas, cherry tomatoes, and butter. Mix well and cover again. Cook for 3 minutes then remove from the heat.

Sprinkle over lemon zest then Parmesan. Mix well again.
