Lemon Pepper Chicken WIngs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and clean your chicken. Place in a clean, large bowl.
  3. Mince 2 garlic cloves.
  4. Zest and juice the lemon into a bowl. Set aside.
  5. Next, pour the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper over the wings. Toss to coat.
  6. Place the wings on a baking pan and roast for 1 hour.
  7. Remove and pair with your favorite dip.
  8. Serve and enjoy! :D
