Sesame Marinated Salmon

skin-on center-cut salmon fillets
8 oz. each

garlic cloves
thinly sliced

fresh lime juice

soy sauce

plus 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

honey

teaspoon
sesame seeds
plus more for serving

Fresno chile
thinly sliced

Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, sesame seeds, and oil together in a small bowl.

Season the salmon then place in a large ziptop bag with half the sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the broiler.

Coat the scallions with oil and season. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 3 minutes.

Remove from the oven then place the salmon fillets on top. Broil for 5-7 minutes.

Spoon extra marinade on top and sprinkle chiles over.
