We are fully aware of how weird this sounds, but trust us, it's great.
First, mix together the cream and chopped candy bars in a medium size mixing bowl. Place the bowl over a double boiler and melt the bars into the cream, stirring often, until they've completely melted and they're well combined. Place the bacon on a cooling rack placed on top of a rimmed baking sheet. Spoon the Almond Joy mixture onto the slices and brush until evenly coated on both sides.
Let 'em chill in the fridge for about an hour. Serve as a snack (not a meal).
