You don't have to be named Tom to love Tom Kha Gai.
In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, broth, ginger, and lemongrass. Bring the whole thing to a boil on high heat. Add chicken, mushrooms, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili paste. Turn the heat down and let it simmer until the chicken is firm and opaque. Should take about 5 to 10 minutes. Ditch the lemongrass and serve in bowls. Garnish each serving with basil and cilantro.
