Steal the game with these awesome pulled pork nachos. This may be the number one reason to buy a slow cooker.
In a slow cooker, add the pork, brown sugar, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, ground black pepper, and red onion. Mix well. Then coat the pork with the ketchup and yellow mustard. Turn heat to high for 4 hours.
Take the pork out of the slow cooker and shred using two forks.
Line a oven safe skillet or baking pan with a layer or tortilla chips, then a layer of the pulled pork, cheese, and any other toppings you prefer on your nachos. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Top with sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!
