Get a taste of the east coast's classic snack with these crabby poppers.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayo, egg, Old Bay, and Worcestershire and mix well. Add in the crab meat, mozzarella, chives and bread crumbs and mix evenly.
Roll the crab cake mixture into mouth sized pieces and coat with a layer of bread crumbs. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Fry both for 3 minutes on both sides or until gold brown. Serve with tartar or cocktail sauce and enjoy.
