Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries quartered
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tspn Cardamom
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 tspn Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan, combine the strawberries, sugar, cardamom, and salt and cook until the strawberries are warm.

  2. Add the half & half, quinoa, and vanilla extract. Stir well. Serve.
