In a sauce pan, combine the bittersweet chocolate and butter and melt over low heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, pinch of salt, and espresso powder and mix well.
In another mixing bowl, combine the two eggs and egg yolks, heavy cream, and vanilla extract and whisk. Add in the confectioners sugar and continue to mix well.
Fold in the chocolate and flour mixtures into the egg mixture.
Butter 6 ramekins and pour in the cake mixture and smooth over. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with confectioners sugar and serve.
