Wrap the tofu in a paper towel, place on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 3-5 minutes to remove some of the moisture from the tofu.
Place the heated tofu in a bowl and roughly mash using a fork.
Heat the oil in a skillet on medium-high heat and add the bell pepper, onion, and tofu. Cook and stir until the onions are tender.
Add salt to taste, the pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Stir well and continue to cook.
Add the lemon juice and give it a final stir. Serve warm.
