Combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Coat the pork chops in the dry mix on both sides.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet on medium-high heat and cook the pork chops on both sides until cooked through.
Top the pork chops with a tbsp of brown sugar each and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
