Fried ice cream balls, perfect for the after-meal dessert without having to worry about melted ice cream messes.
Cut a biscuit dough in half, flatten and place about a tbsp of ice cream in the middle and roll up the dough to cover the ice cream.
Freeze the ice cream stuffed dough for about an hour.
Heat frying oil on medium-high heat and fry the frozen dough until golden brown.
In a bowl, combine the powdered sugar and milk and mix well.
Glaze the top of the fried ice cream balls with the sugar and milk glaze and enjoy.
