Fry tortillas until golden brown and line the bottom of a skillet.
Evenly top tortillas with the black beans, then the cheese, and the salsa.
Place eggs on top and drizzle enchilada sauce over.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and blue cheese.
