In a food processor, blend together the avocado, cilantro, lime juice, yogurt, water, salt, garlic powder, and cumin.
In a skillet, heat olive oil on medium high heat and add the chicken and taco seasoning. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
In a salad bowl, place the salad mix on the bottom. Top with the cheese blend and your favorite taco toppings. Drizzle salad seasoning on top.
