Cheesy mac with the rich, stout flavor of beer.
Cook the macaroni according to directions. Drain.
Melt the butter over medium-high heat and add the flour and stir to create a rue.
Add the beer and heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Then add the cream cheese and stir until combined with the beer and cream. Add the cheddar and other cheese and stir until melted.
Combine the cheese and the cooked macaroni.
