Combine the rocotta cheese and egg.
Drizzel the olive oil over the rigatoni and then mix in the Parmesan.
Line a cake pan with the rigatoni and have them stand so that we are looking at the holes of the past from the top.
Coat the top with the ricotta cheese blend then top with pasta sauce. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sprinkle with a bit more Parmesan and then top with slices of mozzarella. Bake for another 15 minutes.
