Classic easy-to-make shortbread cookies perfect for the holiday table.
Preheat your oven to 325℉ F.
Add butter to a large bowl. Blend until smooth using an electric mixer.
Add the confectioners sugar. Continue mixing until well incorporated.
Add the flour and mix at low speed until the mixture is crumbly and soft.
Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch in thickness. Cut into desired shape.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until slightly golden in color. Finish cooling the cookies on a rack.
