A simple and fast pasta recipe with chicken for a busy night.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
Season the chicken with salt.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil
Cook the chicken until golden but not completely cooked through. Place chicken on a plate.
Melt 4 tbsp butter in the skillet. Add garlic and red pepper and continue cooking until garlic begins to turn golden at the edges.
Cook the pasta in the boiling water until very al dente. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water and drain the rest.
