A delicious pasta dinner full of bagel fixings.
Boil a large pot of water and add a handful of salt.
Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve about 1 1/2 cups of hot pasta water and drain the rest.
Return cooked pasta to pot. Add cream cheese, sesame and poppy seeds, onion and garlic flakes, and the sea salt. Add 3/4 of the pasta water and mix until creamy.
Serve immediately.
