A hearty fish and potato bake, perfect for Hump Day.
Use half the mayo to spread a layer on the bottom of a 10x16 baking pan.
Place the potatoes on top of the mayo, making two layers of sliced potatoes. Use half of the salt, pepper, and paprika to season.
Place the flounder fillets on top of the potatoes and spread another layer of mayo over the fish.
Use the remaining salt, pepper, and paprika to season.
Bake in the over for about an hour at 375℉ until the fish and potatoes are fully cooked.
