3cupspacked fresh basil leaves
4clovesgarlic
3/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/2cupolive oil
1/4cuppine nuts
1/2cupchopped fresh parsleyoptional
Instructions
It's food processor time! Combine the basil, garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, and pine nuts in the processor's bowl. Blend that stuff into a nice, smooth paste. Add in the fresh parsley if you want.
