Add garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrot, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the vegetables soften. Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.

Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Spoon filling near one corner, fold the bottom over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Lightly spray the basket with oil.

Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.

Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp.
