Chocolate Chip Cookies with Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 half cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 half teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 half teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 and 1 half cups crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir to form a soft dough.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed potato chips gently.
  7. Scoop the dough onto a lined baking tray, leaving space between each portion.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden.
  9. Let the cookies cool slightly before serving.
