Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 395 g
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a small square pan with parchment paper, leaving extra paper hanging over the sides.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, add the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until everything melts and becomes smooth.
  3. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt until fully mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until the fudge is firm and set.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into small squares before serving.
