Classic Homemade Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4 to 6 lemons
  • 3 quarter cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves as much as possible.
  2. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the cold water. Stir well until fully combined.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little more sugar or water.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the flavors blend well.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
