Fermented Dough Focaccia

Ingredients

  • Leftover bread dough
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Optional: Sun-dried tomatoes or olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Stretch your leftover dough into a baking tray.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and use your fingers to make dimples in the dough. Sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, and sea salt.
  3. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes to ferment and rise a bit more.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Slice and enjoy!
