Fermented Dough Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • Leftover pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato sauce
  • Toppings of your choice cheese, veggies, meats

Instructions

  1. If your dough is a little stiff, knead it with some warm water and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and grease a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Roll out the dough and add a layer of tomato sauce, followed by your favorite toppings.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Slice and serve!
