Ginger-Peach Bellini

Ingredients

  • 2 10-ounce packages frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
  • ½ cup ginger syrup or more to taste
  • ¼ cup peach schnapps
  • 1 750-milliliter bottle Prosecco
  • 6 fresh peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen peaches, ginger syrup, and peach schnapps in a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide the peach mixture evenly among six chilled 8-ounce glasses.
  4. Slowly pour the Prosecco into each glass, stirring gently to combine without losing too much fizz.
  5. Garnish each cocktail with a fresh peach slice and serve immediately.
