Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 500 grams lamb cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 half teaspoon salt
  • 1 half teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the lamb pieces and mix until well coated.
  3. Let the lamb marinate for about 20 minutes.
  4. Thread the lamb onto skewers evenly.
  5. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the kebabs, turning occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Remove from heat and let them rest briefly before serving.
