Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 3 –4 ice cubes
  • Pinch of cardamom powder optional

Instructions

  1. Add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Add a pinch of cardamom powder if using.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
  6. Using frozen mango gives the lassi a thicker, colder texture without needing extra ice.
