Festive farfalle pasta, now a crispy, zesty snack!
Get a big pot of lightly salted water boiling. Add the pasta to the pot and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain the water and rinse the pasta under cold water. Make sure the water is thoroughly drained from the pasta.
In a big skillet, heat the veggie oil to 375 F and fry 1 cup of pasta at a time until golden. Let the pasta pieces drain on paper towels.
Combine the Parmesan, chili powder, garlic powder and dry mustard in a big mixing bowl, then toss the fried pasta in the mix. Serve.
