Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced tofu and cook until lightly golden on both sides, then remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the bell pepper and onion and cook until softened.

Return the tofu to the pan and add cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir gently and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until well coated and heated through.

Warm the tortillas separately.

Serve the tofu and vegetables inside the tortillas while warm.
