A cheesy, creamy and sweet dip with a Hawaiian twist!
Turn the oven up to 400°F. Stir together cream cheese, red pepper, oregano, garlic, and 1 cup of the Italian cheese in a small bowl until they're well combined. Spread the cheese mixture in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, and bake it in the oven until it's heated through and slightly bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes.
Increase the oven temperature to broil. Spread marinara evenly over the cream cheese mixture, and sprinkle evenly with remaining Italian cheese, chopped Canadian bacon, and diced pineapple. Broil that thing until the pineapple is slightly caramelized and the dip is bubbly, about 5 minutes. Let the dip stand 5 to 10 minutes, then serve with bagel chips or baguette slices.
